Meet Hilary - Team Leader I Realtor

Hilary Blaha has lived in Santa Clarita Valley and surrounding areas since 1989 and considers herself a native. She finds joy in helping her clients love where they live.

Hilary has over a decade of real estate experience and a deep knowledge of the Santa Clarita, Agua Dulce, and Acton areas. She provides the tech and marketing tools needed to supercharge the home buying and selling process. She is also certified in short sales and foreclosures.

What makes Hilary stand out as a Realtor is her patience and thrill of problem-solving. She sweats the small stuff, so her clients don’t have to! She’s been told that she often has plan A, B, C and D to resolve any issue. She provides her clients with the highest quality of service from beginning to end, and she loves helping her clients’ real estate dreams come true!

Meet Shannon - Administrative Specialist I Realtor

Shannon is also a Santa Clarita local. She remembers having seen the Santa Clarita Valley go from a small town to a booming suburb with just about every amenity one would need or want. She understands the community and what makes it attractive for so many, with excellent schools, beautiful outdoor space, and a real community feeling. She loved it growing up and loves it now. Shannon is proud to have roots in the valley and raise her family here.

Shannon attended the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising and worked at an interior design showroom at the Pacific Design Center. This environment allowed her to work closely with talented interior designers on a wide range of projects and she learned to truly understand a client’s needs and to be able to offer the best service. She continued her career as an outside sales person, which required accuracy, timeliness and excellent communication. All of these skills helped prepare her for being a Realtor.
