It’s a Competitive Real Estate Market!
I’d like to say a special Congratulations to the Hoffmann-Milloy family! Buying a home in this competitive real estate market is a huge feat. Desired homes are receiving multiple purchase offers within hours, if not days of being on the market. You must trust your realtor to be aggressive and do what’s necessary to get your purchase offer accepted. I am thankful for this family’s trust in me. We closed escrow on their dream house last week. Foreclosures Finally Nearing Normal Levels
Foreclosure levels are finally showing signs of trending downward, following several years of record highs. During the month of May, foreclosure levels in Southern California continued to decline, according to data recently released. In the six-county region, there were 7,363 foreclosures, representing a decline of 23 percent year over year, according to information released by RealtyTrac. Compared to April, foreclosure rates showed a decline of around 2 percent.
